Ring / Cage Rental Cancellation Policy
Ring and Cage Rental Policy
At Pro Fight Shop, we provide professional Boxing Ring Rentals, Wrestling Ring Rentals, and MMA Cage Rentals for events, productions, and special engagements. Due to the nature of scheduling, logistics, and reserved inventory, the following policy strictly applies to all rentals.
All rentals are final once confirmed. Once a reservation is accepted and confirmed, no cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.
By confirming a rental, the client acknowledges that the reserved ring or cage is immediately removed from availability. Pro Fight Shop therefore forfeits other potential bookings and business opportunities for the reserved dates.
If a client elects to cancel after confirmation, the client remains fully responsible for the entire rental amount.
Freight and Transportation Responsibility
All freight, delivery, installation, breakdown, and return transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the client. All freight charges are prepaid and cannot be refunded or reversed by the freight carrier. No portion of transportation or logistics costs will be refunded, credited, or waived under any circumstances.
Refunds and Credits
No refunds to the original payment method will be issued under any circumstances. No store credit will be issued for cancelled, postponed, or unused rentals.
By reserving and confirming a ring or cage with Pro Fight Shop, the client acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to this no cancellation policy, including full financial responsibility for the rental and all associated freight and logistics costs.
