Effective date: October 28, 2026
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review this policy before placing an order. It explains when merchandise may be returned or exchanged, how cancellations are handled, and which products are final sale.
1. Return eligibility
Eligible merchandise may be submitted for return within 14 days: from delivery for online orders and from purchase for in-store purchases. To qualify, an item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, complete, and returned in its original packaging with its original tags and proof of purchase.
Contact Customer Service before sending merchandise back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused. Approval is subject to inspection after the item is received.
2. Returns and store credit
Approved discretionary returns are issued as store credit. Cash refunds and refunds to the original payment method are not provided for discretionary returns, except where required by law.
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the store credit issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling, except where we have shipped an incorrect item or applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return period and are subject to product eligibility and availability. Items must meet the condition and packaging requirements in this policy. If the requested replacement is unavailable, Customer Service will explain the available options under this policy.
4. Order cancellations
All order cancellations are subjected to a 25% cancellation fee.
5. Final-sale items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for discretionary return or exchange:
- Personalized, customized, or custom-produced merchandise
- Clothing and shoes
- Personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, including hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouthguards
- Items identified as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
This section does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law, including for merchandise that is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
6. Custom orders and rentals
Custom orders may require written approval of artwork, measurements, specifications, or proofs before production. Once a custom order is approved and production begins, it may not be canceled or changed except as provided in the applicable written agreement or required by law.
Rentals and other specially quoted transactions are governed by their applicable written agreement, quote, or invoice. If that document conflicts with this policy, its terms govern the specific transaction.
7. Incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective, contact Customer Service promptly. Please include your order number and, when possible, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any warranty rights or other protections provided by law.
8. How to request a return or exchange
Contact Customer Service before returning merchandise. Please provide your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We will provide instructions if the request is eligible.
