Pro Fight Shop accepts returns or exchanges of merchandise in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, within 14 days of the purchase date.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Online and in-store returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Once an order has been placed, any cancellation is subject to a 25% cancellation fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sales are final on personalized or customized products, clothing, shoes, and personal-use items, including, but not limited to, hand wraps, groin protectors, and mouthguards. No exceptions.
