Using one’s own body as resistance to build strength is a practice as old as athletics itself. In the 21st century, suspension gyms—which utilize the body’s weight as resistance—are more popular than ever, and for good reasons. First, they’re less expensive than a comprehensive weight gym; second, they’re lighter and more portable; third, they’re more versatile, and most importantly, they’re 100% effective at developing overall body strength, balance, proprioception, and flexibility. When it comes to the dozens of suspension gyms available, Stroops’ Body Weight Gym outdistances any competitor, with the highest-quality materials, made-in-America craftsmanship, more useful features, and a wider array of applications.
