Ringside's Wall Mount Heavy Duty Heavy Bag Hanger is built to hang the heaviest of heavy bags and endure the day to day gym use for years to come. Made from structural quality steel for superior strength. When mounting, 3/4" plywood should be attached to the wall. The upper bracket then attaches to two wood studs through the plywood. The lower bracket is attached through the plywood. Plywood is not required when mounting to concrete walls.
Wall mounting hardware is not included. We recommend the following:Â
Wood Stud Wall 8 - 3/8" x 3" Lag bolts with washers
Concrete Wall 8 - 3/8" x 3" Concrete anchors with washers
- Easy assembly required
- When properly mounted to wall will hold up to 150 lbs heavy bag
- Heavy duty drop forged eyebolt
- Hanger is 22" high and extends from the wall 28.5"
