Clear skin. Better protection.
Acne blemishes don't just affect your confidence, inflamed or broken blemishes create openings in the skin barrier that can make you more susceptible to bacteria and other pathogens. Whether you're on the mat or just dealing with day-to-day breakouts, keeping acne under control is about more than appearance. It's about keeping your skin intact and healthy.
Effective for both facial and body acne, including back acne that's common among athletes who train regularly in pads and gear.
Defense Acne Care Medicated Bar Soap combines our natural oatmeal bar soap base with salicylic acid 2%, an FDA approved active ingredient clinically proven to treat and prevent acne blemishes. Salicylic acid works by breaking down the bonds between dead skin cells that clog pores, while also acting as an anti-inflammatory to soothe irritated skin. The result is a deep cleansing bar that treats existing blemishes and helps prevent new ones from forming, without harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or dyes.
Built on the same triple-milled natural bar base as our original oatmeal soap, with tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils for a thorough, effective cleanse. The green color distinguishes it from our other medicated bar so there's no confusion in your shower.
