Product Description
The Century BOB Body Opponent Bag delivers realistic, human-shaped target training for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, martial arts, and self-defense practice. Designed with detailed anatomical features and a durable vinyl striking surface, BOB provides more precise target placement than a traditional heavy bag.
The life-like upper body allows athletes to practice punches, combinations, kicks, elbows, and targeted strikes to the head and torso. Its high-density foam construction is designed to absorb repeated impact while providing a realistic striking experience.
With seven adjustable height settings from 60” to 78”, BOB can be positioned for athletes of different heights and training applications. The freestanding base can be filled with water or sand to provide stability during demanding workouts, with no ceiling mount or hanging hardware required.
Whether you’re working on accuracy, combinations, striking technique, or conditioning, the original Century BOB freestanding punching dummy provides a versatile training partner for home martial arts training.
